On Thursday, October 1st, the National Exhibition of Innovations was held in City Plaza Centre in Zagreb. Organized by the Croatian Chamber of Economy, it gathered more than 20 Croatian companies which innovations have been awarded at international fairs and have found their commercialization in markets around the world.
With its wide portfolio of innovations developed during 30 years of business and commercialized in more than 40 countries worldwide, DOK-ING was also an exhibitor and presented its most popular products in the areas of military engineering, emergency response and underground mining.
Goal of the exhibition was to encourage innovative entrepreneurship as an important foundation for the economic strengthening of Croatia. The exhibition was visited by many representatives of public and educational institutions. State Secretary at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development Nataša Mikuš Žigman pointed out: "Croatia is on the 41st place on the list of the Global Innovation Index for 2020, which is an improvement compared to the previous year and indicates positive trends in investing in innovation. Without innovation, there is no growth of the economy."
