This Privacy Policy provides information on personal data we collect when you use our website acting as data processing manager and providing, in accordance with the law, information on who we are, why and how we use information you provide and inform you about the rights you have regarding your personal data.

When you use our website

When you surf our website looking for our products and services and read available information, we, as well as the third party, use certain number of cookies required for the smooth internet page function, collection of visitors’ useful information and providing better user experience.

When you send an enquiry on our internet website

When you send an enquiry on our website, we ask for your name, contact telephone number and e-mail address.

This information is used to reply to your enquiry and provide any information about our products and services you might need. We might contact you several times using your email address in order to make sure your enquiry was addressed in the best possible way. This conduct is based on our legitimate interest to provide accurate pre-sale information.

Your enquiry is stored and processed in our Client Service.

Information you provide is not used for any automatic decision making that might affect you.

Electronic emails containing enquiries are kept for two years and then are safely destroyed.

Our private policy is being regularly checked and updated, if required, due to the passage of time as well as the progress in the personal data usage field.
